10 T-Pushups

10 Lying leg lifts

12 DB lateral raises

10 BB muscle snatch

10 Arch to Hollow from bar

20 Mountain Climbers

Deadlift (4 x 6 x 70% 1min rest )

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 rounds 2min at each with 2min rest btwn rounds

Wallballs 20/14

Lateral Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

Bar Mu scale to Jumping bar or jumping pullups
