Warm Up E (No Measure)

400m Run

20 Air squats

10 T-Pushups

10 Lying leg lifts

12 DB lateral raises

10 BB muscle snatch

10 Arch to Hollow from bar

20 Mountain Climbers

Metcon (Time)

With a partner alternate 45min cap.

10 rounds

100m Sled Drag or sandbag carry or 10 dball cleans

Partner accumulates burpees

1 round = both do 10 sled drags and 10 sets of burpees

Score = Burpees and Time. Put reps in comments
