10 Arch to Hollow from bar

20 Mountain Climbers

Metcon (Time)

2 Rounds with partner split up however

21-15-9

Deadlifts 275/185

Strict HSPU or DB Push Press 55/35

Then both partners

run 400m with 45/25lbs plate
